Preschoolers Save Our Seas

  • Date : September 21, 2019

Living Oceans generate half of the oxygen we breathe, provide us with food and absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, reducing the impact of climate change.

These are just some of the reasons why the students of Mahatma Gading Intercultural School, from preschool to Senior High, came together on Saturday, 21st September 2019 at our MGS campus in Kelapa Gading to raise awareness about the need to protect our seas and the myriad beautiful creatures that call the world’s oceans home.

Dressed inbreathtaking sea creature and ocean costumes, preschoolers sang, danced, played rindik and spoke passionately about their love for the sea and how we must help to stop our oceans being polluted by plastics, oil spills and garbage.

Our preschoolers may be the tiniest members of our school community but they are taking a huge part in saving our seas.
